Big Audio Dynamite II was a continuation of Big Audio Dynamite. The line-up consisted of guitarist/vocalist Mick Jones (ex-The Clash and the only one left from Big Audio Dynamite), guitarist Nick Hawkins, bassist Gary Stonadge and drummer Chris Kavanagh (ex-Sigue Sigue Sputnik). The first release was an eight track mini-album Kool-Aid in 1990 (only released in the UK, Holland and Australia). BAD II released only one ‘real’ studio album, The Globe, in 1991. In the same year also a live album, Ally Pally Paradiso was released. In 1994 the name was changed to Big Audio.
