Fontaines d.c. is an Indie rock band from Dublin, Ireland formed in 2014 as Fontaines while studying at BIMM Dublin. “We had a college night out and drunkenly came up with the idea of forming a Beatles punk band… the same night, before we went to bed, we booked a rehearsal space…” and the cliche is ‘the rest is history’. The original guitarist was Josh O’Connor.
Band members:
Grian Chatten (vocals)
Conor Deegan III (bass)
Carlos O’Connell (guitar)
Conor Curley (guitar)
Tom Coll (drums)
A Hero’s Death was their second album. This is a limited edition ‘Double-A Side’ 7″ single, the two tracks previously available as ‘instant grat’ downloads and released before the album. It has a hype sticker and barcode attached to the shrink wrap.
